INWES is partnering with the University of Warwick in Coventry, England, on a project that has been funded by that University’s “Enhancing Research Culture Fund.”  The title of the Project is:  “Reimagining a STEM Research Culture: Lessons Learned from 20 years of Evolution for Inclusive Representation in Science and Engineering.”

The meeting of the Asia Pacific Nations Network (APNN 21) in conjunction with the Council's 5th annual Philippine Women Engineers Summit will be held in Pampanga, Philippines, from 7 to 9 of October 2021 hybrid (online and in-person) and will be hosted by the "Philippine Technological Council, Women Engineers Network" (PTC WEN). The theme of  the Council's 5th annual Philippine Women Engineers Summit is "Women Engineers and Scientists: Catalysts for Climate Action." 

 The international Young Woman Scientist Camp (YWS Camp) will be held in Deajeon, Korea, August 18-21, 2021. 

The KWSE/APNN International Young Woman Scientist Camp (YWS Camp) aims to enhance global competitiveness and international cooperation among the next generation of women scientists and engineers. Since 2012, the YWS Camp has provided academic and cultural exchange programs to support their studies and early stage of career path. By interacting with future leaders at the 2021 YWS Camp, young women scientists and engineers will have opportunities to exchange research information, experience cultural diversity, and expand the global scientific networks
