Since 2012, the YWS camp has been held annually for next-generation women scientists and engineers to strengthen their global capacities, exchange research information, and share cultural experiences. Along with the annual YWS Camp, participants of Smart Sister Program operated by KWSE since 2013 have gathered at Smart Sister Workshop to talk about their stories and learn wisdom for life and research in Korea. Especially the YWS Camp & Smart Sister Workshop will connect young scholars in STEM all over the world and be a great opportunity to expand perspective in life and research while meeting great mentors, sharing academic knowledge, experiencing other cultures, and exploring Korean science and technology labs.
